Started the IT - Professional Services division of CMC Americas in Apr 2004. Achieved 8.8 Million in One year's time and by Jan 2008 achieved 18 million.Was Head of HR for CMC Americas Inc.

TCS took over CMC Ltd a Public Sector company during disinvestment. I was deputed to CMC from TCS.Responsible for Manpower Planning and Resource Utilization / Optimization across the country (India), across SBUs.

This role had to handle allocation of human resources to various projects of TCS.The requirements were a complex maze of skill sets, domain knowledge, locations, duration of projects etc. Couple this with the complex career aspirations and goals of individuals, this role was a challenge from the word go. In this role I started as a team member and after a year was appointed the head of the MATC Dept at TCS Bangalore. One of the most challenging roles I have ever handled.
