I am a professional engineer and project manager with over 15 years of combined experiences in design build projects from Nepal, Middle East, Canada and United States in the field of drainage infrastructure, municipal transportation, and geotechnical engineering. Projects included Light Rail Transit, Municipal Roadways and Trenchless Installation and Rehabilitation of sewer lines with Microtunneling and Sliplining methods. Engineering experiences involved constructability review, design-build, design optimization, constructability review, and value engineering, and project management experiences involved pre-construction planning, project management plans development, contract negotiation, change management, and management of engineering consultants, clients, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders for microtunneling, deep shaft construction, manhole and sewer rehabilitation, open trench construction, municipal roadways, and Light Rail Transit (LRT) construction. ✱ I believe teamwork, open communication, and collaboration play an important role for individual and project success.
