Resolving any issues related to Digital Marketing Tools 1.1 Be it InfusionSoft Campaigns for creating new campaigns based on what needed to be done or troubleshooting existing ones when something wasn't working right 1.2 Troubleshooting issues related to other tools like EasyWebinar, Website Things(Wordpress), Memberium, Meberpress, LearnDash, Zendesk etc.2. Video Editing (Have used Camtasia 9)Editing Videos for different platforms e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn was part of the game that included managing YouTube Channel as wellAlso Content for these Videos to post on Social Media counted as one of the score points.3. Implementing New Tools4. WebsiteAt K21 Academy, I was responsible for managing Website that included: 4.1 Making sure that things are up to date (plugins, Wordpress, plugin compatibility according to Wordpress & Phpversion ) & working properly 4.2 Making sure hosting plan & things are according to traffic that we are receiving on site 4.3 Troubleshooting if any of the issues arise on site 4.4 Helping team in learning things that they would need in Managing Website e.g. editing widgets, adding schema.org code for feature images etc.
