As a production and resourcing manager, my responsibility is to support the planning process, ensure the highest quality in execution and delivery of all production elements, utilize available resources and discover new ones, which can be further exploited. The production and resourcing dept. development plan is to enhance the delivery performance of any event and to ensure consistency in terms of quality and outcomes.Moreover I have an endless passion in the hospitality industry, therefore gained some good knowledge and experience in various areas of this industry through couple of internships in both restaurants and hotels.
