I come from a solid technical background with a strong interest in business and innovation and a passion towards strategy. My area of focus and interest varies from leading innovation projects to technical management. I am enthusiastic about fostering Innovation and entrepreneurship in Lebanon, especially within the youth refugee communities. I’ve been working with UNRWA as GIL (UNICEF’s Generation of Innovation Leaders project) Innovation labs coordinator, primarily leading and implementing the program in partnership with the different stakeholders and implementing partners.I gained solid analytical and problem solving, and reporting skills while working in this project. My over 5-year experience in the field of innovation provided me with a deeper understanding of how to develop partnerships and network with local innovators, NGOs the private sector. In addition to learning best practices in outreach activities and monitoring and evaluation techniques. Moreover, because of my work experience, I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment. I strongly believe that innovation, entrepreneurship and technology together build an excellent formula to bring enterprises to the next levels and compete in the marketplace through best practices and “think out of the box” approach.
