Responsible for the planning and execution of RSNA's Imaging AI in Practice (IAIP) Demonstration, an interoperability demonstration that takes place during the RSNA annual meeting to showcase new technologies and communication standards needed to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into the diagnostic radiology workflow. The demonstration uses real-world clinical scenarios and interoperability standards to demonstrate new tools and practice enhancements enabled by AI.

Examples:- Back-end integrations using DICOM and HL7, e.g. PACS-VNA integrations via IHE IOCM.- Desktop integrations & context synchronization between the PACS client and other software (e.g. EMR, speech recognition, workflow orchestrators & more).- Web-based integrations and customizations developed in Java and/or JavaScript between a web-based enterprise imaging universal viewer and the EMR.- Supporting pilot programs such as RSNA Image Share Network validation (using IHE XDS-i profiles) as well as support for new DICOMweb standards (e.g. QIDO-RS and WADO-RS) and HL7 FHIR.

Worked on a web-based, universal zero-footprint viewer for medical images. I was involved in:- Front-end development in HTML5/JavaScript.- RESTful API development in Java, XML and JSON.- Back-end connectivity to image source and document sources using method like IHE XDS (SOAP), DICOM (C-FIND/C-MOVE) and WADO, as well as proprietary APIs.- Automated testing using Junit, Selenium, Jmeter plus proprietary frameworks.- Scripting installation, maintenance & monitoring in BASH, Python, Nagios and PHP.- Documentation, both internal & regulatory, plus customer-facing help files.- Training of deployment/service personnel - both classroom and online virtual training.- Staging Linux servers using VMWare ESXi, VirtualBox & Amazon Web Services (AWS).

I was responsible for the radio platform, which is an online presence solution for terrestrial Radio stations with focus on non-traditional revenue streams. Built using PHP, PostgreSQL, Zend Framework and XML-RPC. During this time we grew from 5 to 70+ deployments, all for which I was responsible.Responsibilities included: product/market research, requirement analysis, software development, documentation, testing, deployment, maintenance and client support/training.Product features developed/maintained: content management, online advertising, interactive contests, shopping cart, photo albums, events calendar, stats reporting. Many of those features were centrally controlled for a number of separate sites and sync’ed using APIs.

Uses PHP and MySQL.2- DTAILS: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with different editions tailored for Manufacturing, Lumber and Construction industry sectors. The first two included support for handheld devices used on production lines.
