With strategic leadership, I oversaw Sales & Marketing, driving growth and success. Also, as a key member of the General Management Committee, I contributed strategic insights to guide the company towards its goals. Through collaborative leadership and proactive decision-making, I shaped the organization's direction and ensured alignment with broader initiatives.- Established and led the implementation of a pioneering franchise branch office model for Janashakthi Insurance Company in Sri Lanka, setting a new standard for excellence and innovation in the sector. Through strategic planning, I successfully launched 100 offices within a single year, revolutionizing insurance services delivery and positioning Janashakthi as an industry trailblazer, paving the way for future growth. Additionally, I developed and launched a comprehensive training module for the 1000+ strong sales force, ensuring enhanced skills and performance across the organization.- I crafted the Entry and Corporate Strategy for Janashakthi Insurance Company's inaugural overseas branch in the Republic of Maldives. Under my leadership, the strategy guided successful operations, surpassing revenue targets and achieving US$ 250,000 in the first year of expansion. This demonstrated the effectiveness of our approach and laid a solid foundation for international presence and future growth.- Introducing innovative event coordination, I led groundbreaking efforts in delivering match trophies during prestigious cricket events like the Sri Lanka vs. West Indies and Sri Lanka vs. India Cricket Test Series. These initiatives transformed trophy presentations, positioning them as pioneering occurrences in Asia. Methods included an Air Force commando descent from an airborne helicopter with the trophy and seven Air Force skydivers landing with the trophy. This creative approach highlighted our commitment to excellence, setting new standards for impactful sports events.
