Roles & Responsibilities:Build Tasks:• Responsible for end to end automation build process set up of various applications running in EIS group.• Coordinate with Network team to open the required ports between Jenkins master with target servers such as deployment servers (Agent Servers), SCM, Active Directory servers, etc.• Responsible for creating the SSL certifications to work in HTTPS.• Coordinate with multiple projects teams across multiple functional groups to determine various aspects of technical challenges related to build process.• Responsible to coordinate with various teams to validate and deliverables one time.• Responsible for providing access to SCM tool (Perforce).Release Tasks:• Responsible for Release Management activities for all EIS applications.• Coordinate with multiple projects teams across multiple functional groups to determine various aspects of technical risks related to release deployment like dependencies, sequencing, durations etc.• Responsible to attend meetings like release walkthrough calls, Release Key Learning’s, Kick Off meetings, weekly meetings for each release• Maintains release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures • Ensure deployment team has all the Source code details before Production deployment.• Create change(RFC) records to document all production events/ releases• Verifies RFC completeness and closure of specific RFC’s.
