Inbound Flow Engineering – Logistics & Packaging analyst• Material and Information Flow analysis for new program overseas supplies• Coordinating initial control supplies with suitable logistics strategy such as Incoterm, mode of transport, method of packaging & inventory norms• IBT cost per car calculations (Incl overall m3/car from each sourcing region)• Validating & optimizing logistics and packaging concept for all parts in MBOM• New programs handled: P54, P24 MCA, JL Wrangler, KP1 | Regions: MY & VN

Material Planning and Logistics - SCM• Managing Logistics WH operations – Inbound/Outbound, FIFO, JIT /JIS • Monitoring variations in Customer Demand and ensuring stocks for the gap• Critical part management and implementing CAPA for uninterrupted supplies• Monthly stock reconciliation and WH space allocations• Preparing Operational reports and contractual agreements with suppliers• Conducting training programs on SOP, 3C, 5's and Safety for FTEs & Operators

MPC & PPC Planner - SCM• Materials Planning & Control and Purchase orders to RM Suppliers• Preparing machine loading plan as per the customer demand and capacity• Order corrections and import RM tracking• Planning pipeline and container loading for export shipments• Container tracking and hierarchical escalations if any expedited delays• MIS with monthly sales summary, purchase analysis & annual budgeting• Preparing documents for Audits & managing certifications as per CSR

PPC and Dispatch Planner - SCM• Acquiring orders from Customer sites and distributing demands for PPC & MPC• Analyzing & reporting the gap between Customer demand and monthly S&OP from demand planning team• Achieving Q1 Delivery Rating with all Customers• Production and Capacity planning against the firm demand• Inventory management as per stocking norms for both OEM and Stock Transfer supplies• Planning and Executing timely material dispatches• Shipment tracking and Ontime Delivery of parts to OEM & ST • Packaging & Logistics budgeting• Improving customer satisfaction, addressing and implementing customer specific requirements
