I Oversee the recruitment and delivery process of the clients we are partnered with at 4A IT Services LLC, and as a Sr Delivery manager, my roles & responsibilities are outlined below:Client Engagement & Vendor Management: Interacting with the clients to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and expectations and maintain regular communication to build strong relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Team Management: Overseeing a team of recruiters and sales who are responsible for hiring, training, and managing the performance of the team members to ensure efficient and effective staffing operations. Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Compliance and Legal: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to staffing & immigration. My role is not just limited to what has been outlined above, but I am also involved in operations management, conflict resolution, contract negotiation, reporting and analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes for business growth.
