1) Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assessescustomers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both thecustomer and the firm.2) Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.3) Coordinate, manage, and execute on-site Proof of Concepts with sales prospects.4) Making Compliance sheets and Complete BOQ for bidding in RFP’s and Tender’s.5) Technical presentations, product demos, technical solution/ needs analysis.6) Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order toenhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills7) Channel Partner Enablement.8) Co-develop and help create the partner Technical Business Plan .9) Involve learning partners and internal training to help partners improve technical sales and service capability.10) Provide technical direction and influence new and existing partners toward developing newsolutions.11) Be the Partner advocate and escalate technical response to unresolved Partner technical support issues12) Post sales Activities & Implementation of solution for Clients.
