About Mohammad Faisal

During my undergraduate year of college, I have participated in a start-up India submission organized by the government of India to find potential future entrepreneurs. My idea at that time (“Fringo” Providing hands-on skills to aspiring core branch engineers) was selected and was offered incubation and guidance but decided to bootstrap the business, and after rigorously trying for two years without any significant incoming cash flow finally chose to renounce from it. Joining S.S Leathers (Manufacturing and Export of Garments and Accessories) as Sales Executive, thus handling critical negotiation with clients, realizing sales targets, and reporting and handling deviations. I started a new sales territory launching a business on E-commerce platforms such Amazon, Flipkart & Etsy, and grew sales by an average of 200% within 1.5 years.Still remember those brainstorming sleepless nights, bandaged palms due to continuous grinding, and intense pressure to meet the deadline. Being an aspirant of mechanical engineering, the two-semester senior capstone project of designing and fabricating ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) and participating in the SAE BAJA Collegiate Design Series competition run by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE International). Teams of students from universities all over India design and build small off-road cars. The goal in Baja SAE racing is to design, build and race off-road vehicles that can withstand the harshest elements of rough terrain. With a team of 25 members (Spark 1.0), we soon realized that it was not all vehicle dynamics that we had to deal with, but also team dynamics. Lessons were learned in building a successful team and the importance of teamwork, individual accountability, coordination, and communications of team members.

Scheduling via HubSpot.14) Setting up the goals on Google Analytics and keeping track of campaign performance - LP, emails, social and content to revise strategy to achieve your goals.
