1- Setting up new / defined process as per organization, IATF & CSR & identifying risks,contingency plan.2- conduct internal audits and gap closure with all level of employee coordination by appropriateCAPA in defined timeline.3-Conduct pre-audits as per customer check sheet (before customer audit) and its effectiveclosure.4-Conduct continuous review of procedures, manuals and policies in order to maintain complianceto customer product specification.5- Liaison with certification body for audit planning, reporting and action plan submission.6- Document control, modification and release.7- Ensure process quality for all process in the plant.8- Define, review and monitor teams performance and action plan for improvement.9- Responsible for submission of Corrective Actions like 8D, 6W2H to concern customers alsoensure supporting documents updating.10- Responsible for monitoring ECN (Change Controls) and its closure.11- Acts independently with customers over customer complaint. Handle customer quality issues,visit customer and field analysis for quality problems.12- Ensure 4M change management in shop floor and maintain traceable records.13- Monitoring and controlling overall quality function for process quality & Identifying root causeof problems and take proper action.14- Monthly monitoring of KPI/ Quality performance against defined targets and review of actionsin case of discrepancy.15- Periodically review of CSR / Customer Manuals and address it requirements in organisations quality system.16- FMEA review analysis and FMEA updating for high rejection contributor’s parts.17- Periodically review of CSR / Customer Manuals and address it requirements in organisations quality system.18- Monthly monitoring of KPI/ Quality performance against defined targets and review of actions in case of discrepancy.19- Periodically review of relevant documents according to any change in external and internal issues.20- Responsible for controlling & monitoring of all documents, Department’s procedure.21- Conduct System audits, Process Audit, Product Audit as per IATF-16949 requirements.22-Monitoring timely closure of system Audits N.C’s and verification of its effectiveness.23- Evaluate supplies’ quality system and process in order to identify right supplier for the business in terms of quality requirement and process capability.24- Initiate supplier audit program and monitoring periodic supplier audit.25- Assist suppliers to put in place CAPA and to establish customer quality specification to prevent rejection and to improve their performance.
