- It is also an industrial project assigned to our company to make a factory shed for the chemical plant- The Croda was giving us two or three components at a time, although there was full contract of the project but it was the policy of that client.- First of all, I did the mobilisation work at my own responsibility before the commencement of the main wark at the site.- When the mobilisation work was over, I did land development work by taking R.L. of the land, plot contour lines with the collaboration of surveyor to fixed the average existing ground level (E.G.L.).- They give me a task of laying the Precast concrete L shaped wall panels by taking into account the line and levels with the help of FARANA (Mobile crane) with all safety precautions as this was very new surprising and excited work but I was not stopped and execute the task with some challenges.- There was an existing boundary wall of other companies on two sides and on one side our own existing wall.- Behind this Precast wall, there was filling of GSB above and below the drainage perforated pipe for the percolation of rainwater in the pipe and it will discharge into the sewer canal.- Along with the laying of the Precast wall and soil filling work which was handed to my senior quality engineer, they also given me the work of pile foundation- After the pile excavation or boring was done, it was checked by consultant (Mott MacDonald) for the confirmation of pile bulb either the dia of the bulb and depth of the pile was achieved or not.- Then casting was done in the presence of consultant and client representative.- There were two culverts also at the entrance above Sewer canal for the entry of required vehicles for the successful operation of the plant.- I had prepared the BBS of both culverts for raising the PR after the cross check from consultant it’s a vast work me first time but I always have eager to learn new skills to excel my career.- I had done work like full RCC work of both culvert

- This was my second project at the same company and I was working as a site in-charge at LGBT project.

- This was my first company(SBPL) I join as a Junior Engineer at an industrial project for an automobile company- When I join the site, the mobilization work was going on at that time and I take the responsibility of office set up and when the site execution work has started, they set me under a Senior engineer for the responsibility of footings layout, excavation and from PCC to Column work with anchor bolts for the Fabrication column- I have worked for only two months as a Junior engineer, after that I have assigned as a site In-charge of one site(Dispatch shop) amongst four of them viz; Dispatch shop, Assembly shop, Engine shop, Paint shop.- My major responsibility was to handle the client and consultant and discuss about what will be our next task and how we are going to execute them with specified time period.- My daily responsibility for our site was labor distribution, assigning task to each junior staffs(like Trainee engineers, Supervisors) and continuous monitoring so that there is less probability of mistakes by maintaining the line, level and verticality of each member- Before casting or execution of any work, it was thoroughly inspected by the consultant’s authorized person.- I had worked in these three shops up to the completion of site including flooring, RCC work, Brick work, Rat trap bond, louver wall, Grit plaster, external and internal plaster, form finish casting of beams and columns, Grade slab, Slab casting etc.- I also worked in Infra work like excavation of Sewer line, Electrical line, Drainage line and get inspected on checklist by consulted for Hydro water test.
