My professional journey began alongside my Bachelor’s degree as I started working as a Business Development Intern at an Educational Consultancy where I generated a revenue of Rs 10 Lakh in just two months. During the final two years of my Undergraduate Studies at SRM University, I served as a Research Assistant, overseeing three concurrent Projects in Renewable Energy Solutions. My dedication was recognized through multiple First Prizes at prestigious institutions, including IIT Madras, and the publication of three Research Papers in International Journals.I started my Full Time Professional career as an Environmental Consultant at Ramky Group where I worked in Content Creation, Project Management, and Business Development. Later I switched to the Construction Industry where I worked as a Business Development Manager for a Construction Firm, where I generated 10 crore Revenue. Subsequently, I moved to the Ed-Tech sector where I worked as a Student Counsellor and Academic Coordinator for a UPSC coaching institute, IAS Mentors.Following this, I joined Think and Learn Pvt Ltd where I worked for almost 4 years. I was involved in Academic Mentoring, Academic Operations, Content Creation, Customer Support, Counseling and Retention. I managed a team of 80 members and received accolades as Best Manager multiple times. After working here for 4 years, I switched to Physics Wallah Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager in Counseling, Student Experience, and Mentorship for their UPSC Vertical. Within two months, managed to generate 1.5 crores in Revenue and established a robust Customer Support and Mentorship operations for over 50,000 students.Currently, working as AGM - Growth & Customer Success for the JEE/NEET Offline Vertical where I manage a team of over 120 employees. As the Head- Student Success Team, I oversee the User Experience for 200,000 students. My notable achievements include improving the CSAT score from 3.5 to 4.8 and reducing the TAT from over three days to under one day. As a Lead in the Growth Team, I am responsible for Business Growth through Digital initiatives for the PW Offline JEE/NEET Vertical. Here I focus on both Organic Growth through Social Media and SEO, and paid initiatives like Performance Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Influencer Marketing.Alongside my professional journey, I am deeply committed to continuous learning, pursuing my MBA and Certifications in Data Analytics and Digital Marketing.
