1. Is an expert in Factory Automation design for about more than 10 years. Have many experiences in varies field of product be it automotive, electronics, medical, media storage, solar energy and consumer goods. I am well verse in many industrial processes (crimping, flaring, greasing, riveting, press tooling, clinch, caulk, vision checking, laser marking, RFID, soldering, CMM measurement and so on).Design of jig and fixtures are too ordinary. Poke yoke design, FMEA, timing study and costing are playing tools. Ability to design a complete automation machine from scratch.2. Good wisdom in manufacturing process(CNC, milling, lathe, grinding, welding, sheet metal, EDM,) Is Hard core of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, drawing tolerencing GD&T and well verse in machine material selections for a specific purpose.3. Well known in many standard components that works for automation and industry machinery. Able to do sizing and selection of standard purchased components. i.e Robots, high accuracy servo drives, pneumatics devices etc. Know the standard of ANSI, ISO, DIN, JIS, CE & UL.4. Able to work independently and also a good team player. Can lead a team of co worker and steady to work under pressure.5. Posses a good analytic skills, troubleshooting and also good problem solving approach.6. Been travelling to many parts of the globe for a meeting with global customer, machine installation job and give training to the automated machine end user. Performed online web tools like go to meeting, skype meeting, webex, teamviewer as when required.7. Always practice a good working attitude, proactive and also keen to learn about new technology.
