- Lead team of engineers with the review of hull and structure. Ensuring compliance to international regulations and standards.- Communicating with the client to ensure the effectiveness of project delivery.- Provide solutions to ensure the engineering are meeting the classification requirements.

• Perform audit for quality management system. Review quality documents and ensure the management system in accordance with the recognized certification bodies. • Review of process manufacturing, material handling, and delivery during the production• Audit of management system for NDT company, qualification, process, and NDT method.• Provide technical advice to the client to maintain the quality management system.

Perform a conformity assessment of a marine equipment and raw material inspection by attending lab testing and factory acceptance test.• Verification of manufacturing and construction quality in accordance with recognized standards.• Product document review and issuance of certificates or attestation to client.• On site process verification for manufacturing of marine products, raw materials, and hull outfitting

· Performs approval for proposed design to check compliance with BV rules, ISO, IACS, and statutory regulations( MARPOL, SOLAS, COLREGS, LL, IGC, MODU, etc· Hull outfitting review for rudder, steering gears, windows, hatches, shaft brackets, capstan, pad eye, windlass, and mooring equipment.· Review of ship safety plan layout· Checking out characteristics of the materials for steel and aluminum to be used in the construction of ships with applicable requirements and standards· Stability assessment under intact and damage· Hull girder strength analysis for ship under global loads· Analysis of structure under yielding and fatigue.KEY PROJECTS• FPSO MTC Ledang : Conversion of 173 m oil tanker for the use at Ophir field. Perform 3 cargo hold modeling for buckling analysis. Analysis of hull girder strength under still water and hydrodynamic loads • FPSO Layang : Conversion for the use at Layang field. Completion of 3 cargo hold modeling for the analysis of yielding and fatigue. • FSO Cendor : Life extension analysis for 5 years as requested by MISC for the relocation of the vessel to a new site. Review on the effect of reducing steel renewal plan to check on the ship strength. Assessment of the need to replace current deck plating under new hull girder loads. • MLN SEA BASE Jack Up : Scantling calculation for helicopter deck. Modeling of grillage structure and analyze based on various load cases.• FSO Sepat : Life extension analysis using a probabilistic approach as requested by PETRONAS. Presentation of technical reports on the accuracy of estimating steel renewal using a probabilistic method.• FPSO Cendor : Oil tanker conversion for Cendor field. Perform scantling and deterministic fatigue assessment• FPSO Sao Vang : 3 cargo hold assessments of the oil tanker conversion into an FPSO with an external turret system. Involved with 3D modeling using FEMAP , beam calculation, and analysis for yielding, buckling, and fatigue.
