LP-CRS is a new technology developed to reduce CO2 release via flaring as well as gaining additional oil production. ► Successfully solved frequent breakdown of Sea Water Lift Pump (SWLP) on Larut field. SWLP is the heart of Larut’s operation, when it breakdown the whole production shutdown. Solving this issue led to production loss prevention which cost circa USD 300,000 per day.► Successfully led the project to upgrade total liquid capacity on Tembikai field by replacing vessel internal. Production in Tembikai field is bottlenecked by its limitation of total liquid capacity it able to handle. By upgrading the facility, more crude oil can be produced lead to additional gain in revenue.► Successfully commissioned produced water system on FPSO Ledang which was left uncommission due to lack of water during early years operation. ► Participate in RA, HAZOP, HAZID for most of projects in Vestigo

MAIN SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES► Provide expert advice & assistance to troubleshoot process upsets & operation problems/issues.► Look for & study for room for improvement & execute the improvement project.► Review process parameters & advice for any possible problem.► Review operating procedure & update in line with current condition► Manage MOC document.TASK COMPLETED► Stabilize process by using controller PID tuning to gain better control of process & produce in spec crude & produced water quality.► As a facilitator to perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for Water Injection pump (10 stage high pressure pump) shaft parted.► Coordinate for Fine Filter topup, Hydrocyclone cleaning, Sand Monitoring (through acoustic measurement), etc.► Solving high BS&W issue at 1st stage separator. ► Water Injector well flowback due to well choke suspected by foreign debris.
