My role centers on meticulous inspection, sorting, and preparation, leveraging my laboratory skills and a commitment to quality management. Operating the SCL CDC 1000, Lenstech and Trishul machine, I'm instrumental in applying varnish coating to lenses, setting them up for hard coating, and conducting thorough post-coating inspections.My responsibilities extend to using specialized equipment such as ovens for curing and stripping machines for removing coatings, which requires a keen eye for detail to identify and reject any subpar coatings. The workstation's organization and cleanliness are a testament to our team's dedication to excellence. Our collective efforts in the AR-Preparation room reflect the high standards we set, contributing to company reputation as a leader in ophthalmic lens technology.
