To maintain a variety of features and reusable components to help manage, maintain, coordinate and support application related to BFSI, and to provide Level 2 troubleshooting and solutioning.Area of Responsibilities- Familiar with Red Hat Linux or Centos to support servers running on Linux, Installation and setup, provide Level 2 troubleshooting and solutions.- Manage system and application whereby as an administrator in Linux and Windows environment and at the same time handling virtual servers in VMWare and any other cloud environment.- Responsible in ensuring BFSI application services up and running 24x7 and handling server or customer issues smoothly and ensure all issues in ticketing system are entertained and resolution given within time specified.- Troubleshoot technical problems related to integrated applications related to BFSI; providing documentation of both issues and potential resolutions.- Maintain solutions that include an integration component with other enterprise systems or other popular cloud solutions, and to ensure all integrated applications up and running 24 x 7.- Provide consultation and can perform IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) activity for BFSI industry. - Design, installation and configuration of Nagios Monitoring and provide centralize monitoring in order to ensure ITCC use the same Nagios Dashboard for all customers and product services.- Follow a checklist of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure service uptime and data integrity that meet customer expectation.- Propose solutions to include an integration component with client enterprise systems.
