o To uphold health and safety regulations that have been issued and imposed by the Company.o Conduct M&E coordination meeting and technical meeting in fortnightly.o Inspect and identify potential defects with regards to M&E installations and recommend repair methods.o Monitor and inspect all works done by the contractor following standards, specifications and consultant’s drawings.o Ensure the design and maintenance of M&E systems meet legislative and health and safety requirements.o Report and assist to resolve any dispute and technical queries with reference to the consultants, the Project Manager, Chief Resident Engineer & Directors.o Implementation control quality in all M&E activities.o Attend all site meetings and toolbox meeting.o Follow up and follow-through of all related tasks & documentation while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the Management

Work Description:- Project Control Engineero Prepare weekly & monthly reporto Prepare Monthly Progress Payment Report [Progress Claim]o Liaise with Client & Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor- Admin & Finance Executiveo Procurement & Purchasingo Verifying Invoices & Claimso Account & Financial arrangemento Work closely with HR Department on human resources issues,- Cost Control Engineero Work related to control expenditure on overall project cost, to ensure the expenses areo within the budget range.
