As a former officer with a background in telesales and customer experience, I have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and managing high-performing teams. In my previous role at 10 Minute School Ltd, an online education organization in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I oversaw daily sales reporting and planning, as well as workforce management and quality assurance for our telesales and customer experience department. I was also responsible for outbound operations and training programs.In addition to my professional experience, I'm a passionate photographer and event manager. I founded Sapphire Studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, during my high school days to meet the rising demand for photography services in the region. As the chief photographer, I've successfully covered multiple weddings, engagements, and corporate events. (I did my schooling and spent my childhood in Saudi Arabia)As a senior member of the North South University Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES!) in Dhaka, I developed connections with over 200 talented members and organized national and international events and seminars.
