As a Purchasing member in current company, involve in any purchasing related task, currently I have appointed to mange Raw Material and consumable item. Provide forecast and planning to suppliers for next max 3 month. issue and processed Purchase Order and Delivery Instruction to supplier in good manner, also monitoring their delivery time and quality. liase with suppliers especially in term of pricing and if any quality issue arise. Daily monitoring stock level at PPDC or our warehouse to make sure all part or item are well manage and enough to run base on our planner planned. maintain and filling documentation also solve any issue appear especially quality and different on stock in system versus actual stock in warehouse. monthly stock check and annual stock check also I am resposible on evaluate supplier performance and make sure all result are send to them to make sure they know their performance and continuously improve in all area they find they lack. support logistic and involve in custom matter past few month.
