Handling claims on container damage cost from the container user.Handling customer account in demurrage & detention as part of multiple source of revenues.Handling container & cargo claims, also as liaison for Swedish/Chin/UK P&I Club & various marine Insurer.

Prepare, conduct physical inspection and raising estimates of repair for in-service container & also off-hire container based on IICL5, IICL5-A and CIC standard.
