Assist in managing daily operations, including container movements, handling equipment, and staff coordination.2. Monitor and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.4. Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.5. Liaise with clients and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.6. Oversee the training and development of depot staff.7. Prepare reports on operational performance and key metrics.

Monitor and running depot operation. Train the staff on quarterly basis for continuous improvement.Preparing quotation to suit customer requirement. Coordinate with vendor on daily basis in order to meet customer requirement.Liaise with various stakeholders in order to ensure every requirements and legality aspect met.

Granted approval for container repair for Port Klang and Penang Port. Manage and control the cost for container maintenance & repair for Coscon Malaysia according to HQ instructions. Handling claims on container damage cost from the container user.Handling customer account in demurrage & detention as part of multiple source of revenues.Handling container & cargo claims, also as liaison for Swedish/Chin/UK P&I Club & various marine Insurer.

Prepare, conduct physical inspection and raising estimates of repair for in-service container & also off-hire container based on IICL5, IICL5-A and CIC standard.
