-Mechanical design engineer for new and enhance automation machine using SolidWorks 3D.-Assemble/rework parts and fine tuning the machine.-Design new fabrication and sheet metal parts.-Create design concept either for new machine or machine’s module.-Sourcing for mechanical/electrical part.-Do project report and project analysis.-Deal with customer for any project.-Manage subcontractor.

-Mechanical design for new and enhance automation machine using Autodesk Inventor 3D.-Enhance machine module to optimize the performance and cost efficiency.-Make 3D Printed part for R&D and plastic component for machine.-Assemble/rework parts and fine tuning the machine for some cases.-Design new fabrication and sheet metal parts.-Cooperate with sales, service and production team to trouble-shoot any design problem.-Analyze and create design concept either for new machine or machine’s module.-Update machine mechanical drawing for specific customer by follow the spec given.

-R&D mechanical design for new automation machine using SolidWorks 3D.-Contribute in process troubleshooting. Identify the unnecessary process and eliminate to achieve a simple procedure.-Assemble/rework parts and fine tuning the machine for some cases.-Design new fabrication and sheet metal parts. All parts fabricate by supplier such as body structure, hollow standoff, billet, base plate, shafts, sheetmetal component and etc.-Cooperate with sales, production, electrical and software team to trouble-shoot the current project or planning for the new project and together with cost efficiency.-Deal with customer & supplier parallel with optimum cost, quality, and standardization.-Visit customer’s plant to discuss on future automation project and development. Collect the information from customer to improve their productivity and give some suggestion.-Visit vendor’s plant to evaluate how they make the fabrication parts. Know the capability of their production floor.-Analyze and create design concept either for new machine or machine’s module to overview the specification and material selection.-Use ERP system to monitor the details of product (standard & fabrication parts), warehouse stock, and incoming parts.-Basic practical knowledge on electrical/electronic component and diagrams such as sensors, vision system, auto ID (barcode reader), robotic arm, wiring components (connector, wire, cable etc), electrical controls (PLC, motor, HMI monitor, relay etc) and laser marking.

-Mechanical design for new automation machine/equipment to meet customer’s requirement such as Pick N Place Machine & Conveyor using SolidWorks 3D.-Make new part ‘in-house’ as possible to reduce cost such as body structure, hollow standoff, billet, base plate, shafts, sheet metal component and etc.-Design new or modify jigs & fixtures. Use a simple standard part such as toggle clamp and air cylinder from Misumi, JS Clamp, Letromec and SMC for mechanical and pneumatic components if needed.-Cooperate with production team to trouble-shoot drawing error using Solidworks 3D modelling. Some operators not clearly understand when they look on 2D drawing.-Design sheet metal part such as bracket, control box, body covers, and panel using both Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor. Select the suitable material (SPCC, SUS 304 Stainless Steel, A6061 Aluminium), material thickness and surface treatment (40601 powder coat, EN, Chrome) depend on it functions and purpose. Each part design will fabricate by GMS Sheet metal Department and surface treatment from out source supplier.-Reverse engineering from existing part/product.-Estimate & troubleshoot production process and drawings.-Deal with customer & supplier parallel with optimum cost, quality, and standardization.-Site visit to customer’s side to discuss on future automation project and development.-Involve in both mechanical and electrical problem with assembly team either in designing stage or parts modification to keep the progress on track. -Support assembly team by assemble fabrication parts, assemble standard parts and wiring to ensure the assembling job going faster.-Analyze and create design concept to overview the specification and material selection.

-Trainee (UniKL IPROM)-Machine electrical and mechanical parts assembler (Handler Machine).-Inventory & warehouse personnel.-Swagelok fitting assembler.-Use SAP system to monitor the details of product.

-Mould maintenance officer. Clean and add new grease to save the mould life and longativity.-Design new mould or mould component using AutoCAD and Catia 3D modelling.-Mould repair & troubleshooting. Polish mould defects such as scratches on mould surface using emery paper, electric grinder, surface grinding and conventional milling machine. Customize the air-vent to prevent air trapped on mould. Order new damaged mould components.

-Trainee (German-Malaysian Institute)-Plastic injection mould maintenance and routine service.-Modify the defect mould eg. scratch/shot short in-house.
