As an automation expert, our primary responsibility is to streamline day-to-day operations by automating repetitive tasks. These tasks often consume a significant portion of an associate’s time due to the high volumes processed daily. When a requestor approaches us with a Business Requirements Document (BRD), we design and implement automation solutions based on those requirements. Our toolkit primarily includes Python, where we leverage Selenium for web automation, perform web scraping using Beautiful Soup (BS4), and manipulate Excel data using the powerful Pandas library.
