Currently attached to Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation, UUMAchievements:-• UUM will be the sole and exclusive university in Malaysia chosen to host sponsored students from Kementerian Agama (Kemenag), Indonesia• Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Indonesia and UUM agreed to execute MoA to undertake joint-researches.• Libyan Embassy agreed to send their sponsored students to UUM, making UUM as one of the distinguished five universities in Malaysia.Accountabilities:-• Assisting the Director of Division and the entire team in ensuring seamless daily operation, efficient workflow and adherence to organisational goals.• Coordinating overseas travel arrangements for senior university officials, ensuring smooth logistics and minimising disruptions.• Preparing comprehensive MoU and MoA paperwork, presenting them to Committees, and organised impactful signing ceremonies, contributing to the establishment of fruitful partnerships for UUM.• Maintaining records and managing a comprehensive MoUs and MoAs database, ensuring accurate and accessible information for efficient decision-making processes.• Actively promoting the university to external parties, showcasing UUM's strengths, academic offerings, and internationalisation initiatives to attract prospective students and collaborators.• Coordinating visits by international delegations, embassies, and universities, representing UUM and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.• Fostering strategic collaborations with international and external stakeholders.• Providing valuable insights and input to the Ministry of Higher Education.• Executing various tasks and assignments assigned by the Director of Division.• Honoured with the appointment as the Chairman for CIAC Welfare and CSR Club; responsible towards making a positive impact on the welfare and development of the team.

1) Business Services and Regional Operations DivisionAchievements:-• Collectively achieved the investment KPI assigned to the Division.• Engaged and negotiated with MOH, MOF and IRB to facilitate and incentivise Principal Hub companies.Accountabilities:-• Enticed investments into the country• Formulated domestic, international programmes, and strategies to attract new and additional investments into the country.• Participated in overseas and local travel arrangements for investment missions.• Established close rapport with all relevant stakeholders.• Account manager.• Evaluated company applications to obtain Government’s facilitations such as corporate tax exemption, grant, etc.2) RMK-12 and New Industrial Master Plan Unit - Strategic Planning & Policy Advocacy (Manufacturing)Achievements:-• Contributed strategic inputs to multiple working groups and focus groups to develop strategic initiatives for the RMK-12 and NIMP.Accountabilities:-• Acted as the main secretariat for MIDA.• Represented MIDA in multiple working group and focus group discussions.• Collaborated with stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives.• Accountable to constantly update the MIDA management.3) Healthcare, Education and Hospitality DivisionAchievements:-• Collectively achieved the investment KPI assigned to the Division.• Engaged with MOH, MOF and IRB, and developed the framework to evaluate the qualifying capex for approved private healthcare project.• Negotiated and facilitated new and expansion hotel, tourism and private healthcare projects.Accountabilities:-• Enticed investments into the country.• Formulated domestic and international programmes, and strategies to attract new and additional investments into the country.• Participated in overseas and local travel arrangements for investment missions.• Established close rapport with all relevant stakeholders.• Account manager.• Evaluated company applications to obtain Government’s facilitations.
