Having good knowledge of Views, materialized views, and deadlocks and Indexes.Extracting various financial reports from DB and providing to the concerned departments. Responsible for writing PLSQL queries and Stored Procedures, Cursors, Cursor Attributes, Triggers, and other database objects. Logging Incidents, tickets and problem IDs in IT Service Desk Managing Engine and assuring timely SLA closure.Resolving n number of Digital issues; online remittance, GFT, Travel Card/Digital/MobileApp, Credit Card, DT, IT, WPS, WU based cases etc. Using tools like Filezilla for FTP to access several CBUAE files; EROR, ACK/NACK files, log servers and Linux to restart various bank server types; Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic.
