Key Result Areas: Manage whole QA/QC Function with 10 team members. Manage Food Safety & Quality standards as per FSSAI, FDA & ISO 22000 at manufacturing location. Liaising with Statutory & Regulatory bodies, Export Inspection Agency (EIA), FDA, CB’s (ISO, Organic, Halal), Suppliers, Procurement etc. to maintain standards and meet business objectives. Responsible for the MIS presentation to the CEO & Director. Responsible to conduct trials (NPD, Shelf Life Study etc.) and share the results to CEO & Director. Responsible to manage customer complaints and their closure with RCA and CAPA. Responsible to submit new product approval & Updation into existing FSSAI License, Submission of application for ME’s (Merchant Exporters) at Export Inspection Agency. Responsible to manage SOP’s, Process flows, Specifications, COA’s, Calibrations, All policies. Manage all QA/QC testing of raw/packaging materials, and also standardization of milk. Responsible certification/surveillance/internal audits like ISO, Organic, Halal, FDA.

Associated as a AM-Quality engaged in managing overall quality functions entailing Food products at Plant, Co-packers and Corporate with consistent focus on meeting business objectives.Key Result Areas: Managing approx. 6000 ingredient specifications, 3000 finished product specifications and 1000 vendors across the world.• Identifying & getting approval for alternate vendor and focusing on new product introduction Retrieving & reviewing vendors’ documentations like survey forms, technical specification, nutritional data sheet as per USDA, FDA and General Mills standards• Administering ingredients as well as General Mills products certifications like Kosher, Organic, Halal; managing plant audits of external certifier for Kosher and Organic certifications• Spearheading projects related to ingredient management.• Organizing continuous audits to ensure compliance and effective process operations.• Controlling purchase of any ingredient in case of quality issue• Leading the testing of raw materials, packing materials, in-process materials, and finished goods; executing the investigation of out of specification results, market complaints.• Creating, editing all specifications (ingredients & finished product) as per the company requirements• Additionally, managing ingredient lifecycle data, formula and vendor audits• Partnering with relevant stakeholders from Procurement, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, External Quality to resolve issues and get alignment of any business process change

• Ensure compliance for finished goods (Bournvita, Chocolate, Fat, Moisture, Particle Size of chocolate etc) in line with Cadbury Standards. • Ensure compliance for incoming ingredients (Malt extract, Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Liquid Glucose, Resin, Cashew, Apricot etc) and packaging material (Cartons, Containers, Display Outers, laminates, Gold Foil, Maplitho Paper etc) in line with Cadbury Standards.• Responsible for implementation of SPC, TPM, GMP, GLP within the factory.• Responsible for RCA (root cause analysis) and make CAPA (corrective & preventive action) for any non-conformance or Consumer complaints.• Responsible for zero foreign matter incidents in factory with the coordination of asset care team.

• Ensure complete in-process quality and continuous improvement in process capabilities by minimizing the losses & enhancing plant productivity.• Coordinated production dept. to meet the production targets and yields with quality of Asia’s largest volume plant (total 9-line plant).• Managed the installation, commissioning and commercial run of high Speed KRONES beverage line (600bpm PET) and mineral water line in term of Quality and as well as production Engineering.• Managed whole pet operation (3 beverage & 1 mineral water line) with 11 executives team.• Trained staff & workers on GMP, GHP, HACCP, 5S, SOP etc.• Trained quality executives on Krones High Speed beverage line.• Responsible for creation, maintenance of SOP’s.• Responsible to maintain TQM in the market.
