Being called upon to carryout recruitment activities for new merchants into Gembox, to source new leads for consignors or products, be a team leader to lead any appointed teammates as per appointed by your head of department and to carry out all supplementary duties stipulated / assigned by the head of department as and when necessary.

Job responsibilities is to recruit merchants based on GEMBOX@Nilai requirements and directions, arrange for appointment, site visit, presentation with merchant or all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by management.

* Check-in officer for domestic and international flights (economy & business class* 2018, "KIV" as close out officer.* 2019, selected as check-in officer for Hajj & Umra Operations. * 2020 December, joining new department team named Cabin Cargo as to support BTW (Below the wing) department during this unprecedented Covid-19 crisis.

At first I was assigned to work in the kitchen area. Preparing food with consistency taking care of the quality products in order to achieved customer expectations. 2. Worked efficient with other staffs to ensure operation process going smoothly by following company procedures to serve to customers. 3. Must always smile when serve to the customers, pay attention to the order and be efficient. The most importantly, we have to serve product faster than customer expectations. 4. When I was appointed as a "Crew Leader", I have to monitor my colleagues task, motivate and encourage them to achieve company sales target as well as help my shift managers to ensure operation process went well. EXPERIENCES GAINED:1. Experience in leading and guiding my teammate to work efficient and effective in order product implementation can be met as expected. 2. Experience in handling pressure from many side when critical situations happened. For example, one or two staffs couldn't attend to work even during high customer volume on particular day.3. Experience in comprehend manager's roles and responsibility. Once take over their task when something requires me to act as to help them in some particular situation. For example, doing inventory when new stocks arrived.
