• Assisting Maintenance Manager on daily operation of the department.• In charge on renewal Fire Certificate for hotel (Annually Renew) under JABATAN BOMBA requirement.• Assisting Maintenance Manager during JABATAN BOMBA inspection for renewal Fire Certificate.• In charge on renewal PMA (Perakuan Mesin Angkat) certificate for building lift and to assist JKKP (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) Personnel during inspection of the lift with the Lift Vendor.• In charge of renewal certificate of Electrical Competence under Suruhanjaya Tenaga annually. • Assisting Fire Contractor on monthly servicing and Fire Extinguishers servicing annually.• Assisting Maintenance Clerk on preparing monthly report Maintenance Department for submission to Director of Operation and General Manager. • Responsible on the Key Card System of the hotel and the training of troubleshoot the system to the Maintenance Department Technicians.• Assisting Executive Housekeeper on Housekeeping department daily operation and to ensure communication between Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance Department no hiccup and releasing the rooms for guest will be on time. • Assisting Maintenance Manager on Purchased Request materials for Maintenance Department with the Purchasing and Account Department and follow ups.• In Charge of in house Television Channel in guest rooms and troubleshooting.• Assisting Landscape and Pool Department on daily operation.• Assisting Landscape and Pool Department on daily operation.• Assisting Housekeeping Department in absent of the Executive Housekeeper on daily operation. • On duty as Duty Manager twice a month from 8pm until 11pm.• Responsible on the staff evaluation performance.

• Responsible on the daily operation of Food & Beverage Department on patient food, cafeteria food, kiosk operation, kitchen and also ward pantry.• Daily inspection of kitchen section, walk in chiller, walk freezer in the morning before morning briefing to ensure all area are clean and in order and follow the SOP given. • To inspect receiving area and ensure all chemical in order with labels, weighing scale are clean, used oil drum are clean, closed and recorded daily by the staff. To ensure receiving area floor are dry and clean.• To inspect on Walk in Chiller and Walk in Freezer with all raw materials store in accordance color coding, labels with date of raw materials arrive with proper FIFO and to ensure kitchen staff on duty to clean and organized chiller and freezer execute their duty in proper manner and professionally and following Halal, HACCP, ISO 9001, JCI and KKM standard. • To record and check patient food on temperature, portioning, taste and plating during the serving (breakfast, lunch & dinner) assisting by Supervisor and Dietitian to ensure following the JCI, Halal, HACCP, ISO 9001 and KKM standard. • To conduct daily morning briefing to the staff with assistant by the Food & Beverage Manager. • Responsible on patient complaint on the related issue of their food. • Assisting Café staff during lunch time and to ensure staff serving following the SOP and no hiccup.• To inspect kiosk daily to ensure food supply send by the kitchen are enough and no empty trays or shelving. • Assisting Food & Beverage Manager on revising SOP of the department.• Responsible on checking on raw materials or items ordered are followed the spec given and follow the SOP.• Responsible on the all vendor contact regarding on loan machine if the machine need servicing or to change new or out of service.• Assisting F&B Manager on annually supplier onsite inspection to ensure their factory are followed requirements given.

• Assisting Sales Manager on preparing Quotation and follow up on the quotation send to the customers.• Assisting incoming inquiries regarding on quotation or site inspection visit by the customer. • Assisting Director of Sales preparing of package to the exhibitor on the next upcoming event in Putra World Trade Center. • Assisting Sales Manager on the Sales Blitz.

• Assisting Event Producer on inquiries, sales call and preparation of the sales kit.• Assisting Deputy Chairman on promotion upcoming event.• Involving on promotion of the upcoming event and sales call for potential customer who interested in joining the event. • Assisting Event Producer inquiries of location on the next event. • Reporting daily report on the potential client has been call before end of the day.
