Provide IT support services, consulting, tutoring, troubleshooting and system operation via physical or virtual.

- Plan and carry out security measures to protect an organization’s computer network and system.- Establish plans and protocols to protect digital files and information system against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction.- Maintain data and monitor security access.- Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessment.- Perform Host Assessment OS and Internal Penetration Testing (IPT)- Anticipate security alerts, incident and disaster and reduce their likelihood.- Analyses security breaches to determine their root cause.- Recommend and install appropriate tool and countermeasures.- Coordinate security plans with outside vendors.

- Managing Information Security Management System(ISMS) file reports to monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS)- Provide technical support to staffs, using VMWARE or by phone regarding the web application or about IT stuff.- Produce documentation on operational, system and user procedures & guidelines. - Responsible for maintaining backups every Friday as part of work for disaster recovery plan.- Represent IT department to give a talk about launching new web application called e-Aduan with QR code.
