One of my involvement was being a Director for the 6th IEEE Conference on Sustainable Utilization and Development in Engineering and Technology (2019 IEEE CSUDET), held in Penang, Malaysia. The conference has received over 100 papers of which 60 of high-quality papers from 18 countries were presented.

Full-time Graduate Research Assistant working on Performance Analysis of Second Life EV Batteries for Energy Storage System integrated with a 366 kWp photovoltaic system. This Project is funded by Malaysia Electricity Supply Industry Trust Account, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Malaysia.

Upon a request from faculty, I tutor junior students in the field of Calculus and Engineering Mathematics I & II and acted as the group leader of the tutors on a volunteering basis.During my stint as a buddy tutor leader for EMT1026 Engineering Mathematics II in 2017, me and my team helped students achieve the highest ever average rate in the history of the subject (71%).To clarify, in the buddy tutoring program, students who scored at least an A in a subject are invited to tutor their juniors in the same subject on a volunteering basis. The buddy tutors give 2 hours of classes weekly for 10 weeks in the long trimester and 6 weeks in the short trimester.

Topic: Holistic horticulture solution and design management system for sustainable smart farmingTask: Conduct a literature review for the project, conduct experiments and analyse results, prepare documents and presentations.

Design of residential, commercial and industrial photovoltaic systems using HelioScope, PVsyst, Excel and AutoCAD. The tasks included maximum demand calculations and measurement, system installation, cable sizing, site inspection, system monitoring, maintenance reports and business proposals to clients

Organized more than 200 international and local workshops, events, industrial visits, seminars, social events and conferences. As a chair, I have helped the Student Branch achieve 2 international and 2 national awards. These 4 awards were the highest honour ever received by the Student Branch since its establishment in 2007.
