Lead for Engineering and Construction of MOC (Management of Change)

• Construction lead for Mech/Piping, Civil/Structural and Electrical & instrument works under MOC project - Management of Change.• Prepare schedule (Microsoft Project) for MOC planning and Turnaround activities.• Review and monitor Contractor deliverables for work execution, JMS, JSA, drawings, Hydrotest & blowing plan, piping installation, equipment installation, insulation, scaffolding and E&I testing activities.• Participated in the Shutdown activities and person in charge for projects progress update tracking in the meeting.• Liaise with Operation team for the window execution and tie-in at site.• Drive and coordinate all Construction scopes for MOC projects.• Ensure all execution of MOC and Shutdown projects is completed at site for RFSU.• Experience as a Team Lead with tower installation with 42-meter height and OD 2.5 meter.• Experience as a Team Lead for 2020 TAR at OXO plant and successfully completed 27 no’s of MOC package till RFSU.• Experience as a Team Lead for 2021 TAR at OXO plant and successfully completed 25 nos’ of MOC package till RFSU.• Experience as a Team Lead for 2022 TAR at HRPIB plant and successfully completed 28 no's of MOC package till RFSU.

Summary of works:1. Perform hook-up & commissioning as per system below:a. Thermoelectric generator (TEG)b. Charge controller unit (CCU)c. Solar power systemd. Diesel engine generator (DEG)e. Battery and charger systemf. Navigational aid systemg. ACDB & DCDB systemh. LV & MV Switch gearei. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systemj. HVAC systemk. Gas turbine generator system (6.6 KV)l. Well-tie in process system 2. Prepare the offshore testing and commissioning procedure and work pack for specific task / tie-in to the existing system.3. Experience on the hook-up for temporary power during construction stage.4. Prepare the job card, equipment list, manpower arrangement and any related prior to execution project.5. Familiar with any drawings such as E&I drawings, ISO drawing & P&ID drawing.6. Categorize and summarized punch list as per sub-system prior introduction of hydrocarbon and handover stage to end user.7. Interfacing with all the disciplines parties during the execution, ensure quality, time and cost control of the work according to contractual requirements and in compliance with specification and standard established.8. Monitor installation progress of works and ensure compliance to master project schedule and attend to side installation issues and provide technical input solutions.9. Coordinate and schedule the vendor mobilization as per the commissioning plan.10. Side modification proposal, red line mark up for as-built drawing and documentation.
