• To train students on IT skills as per the school syllabus and time table. • To trained the teachers on IT skills as and when required. • To keep all the hardware and software in operational condition at the training location and hand hold teachers in teaching computer.• To trained the teacher for using educational e- content for Computer Aided Learning. • To visit assigned school on all working days (Mon-Sat) to conduct Computer Sessions for Classes 5th – 12th.• To work out the schedule of classes in consultation with the Head Master for slots in the time-table (This is to be based on the session plans for both Computer Education)• To collect sign-off from Head Master at the end of every month and submit to District Coordinator.• To conduct / arrange Teacher training program in use of computers for computer teaching, educational e-content for Computer Aided Learning and also address minor operational issues• To conduct Refresher Training for teachers once in a quarter.• To verify maintenance of registers, files, software by the teacher in-charge.• To ensure equipment downtime is less than 2 working days from the date of reporting.• To ensure improvement in student performance in IT skills.• To conduct assessment of students on monthly or quarterly basis for IT skills. • To conduct meeting along with parents, community and society regarding improvement of students. • To ensure availability of stationery at the schools.• To check if the MIS is updated regularly by the teacher in-charge.
