Current- Lead overall project management from concept generation to launch. - Resources management & implementation. Project charter for CIP’s and Team leader for EEM.- Review monthly rejection with team and perform brainstorming to generate ideas for improvement.- Implementation of traceability on cast & machined parts. Introduced bar code for batch traceability.- Development of returnable packaging for high volume products and save packaging cost.- Re-arranged and organized layout for minimum material movement & reduced risks. - Combined machining operations input & outputs, to reduce the head count and eliminate manual loading.- Immaterial handling from manual to automatic & increased production output.- Introduced EOL Auto gauge to reduce head count, eliminate human error and reduce cost.- Expert in ensuring compliance to quality standards such as, ISO 9001 & IATF 16949- Responsibly controlling change management by analyzing cost involved in setting up process for customer change.- Controlling of all manufacturing documents, PFMEA, PFS, SOP, Poka-yoke, ECN control & Control plan. - Preparation of plant layout. Revise procedures, methods, production records.- Drive feasibility and support Sales team during customers & supplier meetings. - Lead project execution from internal kick off to delivery, evaluate & negotiate any variations from customer. - Co-ordination with clients for reporting status of task, resolving queries and receiving feedback.- Identify improvement & formulate appropriate CAPA.
