21 years experiences in the terminals business, starting form Operations department, Operation excellences and customer service department.My career development start from the chemicals & gas terminals and continue with the petroleum terminals. Graduate from UTM in Bachelor's degree chemicals engineering, before that i was starting with the professional certification at institute technology petroleum PETRONAS. Had a basic working on process plant during my intent and expose with major turnaround PETRONAS Ammonia in 2002. have a good experiances on middle section of ammonia plant where the feed after reformer (furnace) with temperature approx. 1000 deg C enter to middle section for the next process of seperation. produce CO and the ratio of hydrogen&Nitrogen to form NH3 gases before enter the cold box (temperature -180deg C).Current Scope OPERATION MANAGER.Responsible for the planning and optimisation of various terminal operations within the known constraints of  terminal facilities and seek to meet all customer orders and requirements.Responsible to enforce and monitor company HSSEQ, overall Company policy and procedures and all statutory requirements within area of responsibility.Undertake terminal operations, manpower and resources planning andscheduling, integrating processes horizontally over multiple shifts, establishing activities directed at work flow continuity & balance (e.g.shift schedules, requisition of materials, equipment availability).Drive HSSEQ standards & proactive HSE Culture in the terminal.Undertake operations manpower deployment & development (e.g.,ops engineer, rotating supervisors and key staff, and identifying & developing talent)Manage operations budget (OPEX & CAPEX) in efficient way.Manage day-to-day operations of terminal to ensure quality services and outputs whilst compliant with HSE & security standardsInteract with customers and internal parties e.g., commercial and CS team to drive for effective communication and delivery of needs and requirementsManage interface with external partners, e.g., government bodies and internal management team on incident reportingSite Main Controller (Incident commander) during an emergency in the absence of Terminal Manager.Lead and investigate Incidents / abnormal observations and proposed, manage the corrective action(s).Terminal HSE compliance by Ops team and contractors (including 3rd party), TIR and Process Safety KPI.Employee engagement
