Loan Setup Desk Analyst: - determining the eligibility of loan applicants in purchasing loan services by analyzing their application documents, account statements, and financial and credit status. Assign the loan processor on the file who will be responsible for further loan processing task. Ordering the appraisal, Title and employment verification document. Sending the NOI letter (Notice of incompleteness) to the borrower if required. Responsible for generating credit pre-approval letter and sending to the borrower. Responsible for analyzing required document for the loan application and sending the file to Underwriter for further processing.Loan Processing: - Review initial loan packages and work with onshore processors to gather appropriate documentation. Providing supports to loan officer and Underwriter’s team by ensuring timely and accurate processing of mortgage. Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters, and onshore processors. Gather all important data and submit the file to the assigned underwriter to work on the document for further process. Satisfy all conditions when received from underwriter. Ordering all the necessary supporting documentation such as Title, Appraisal etc. Ensure that approval falls within the lending guidelines. Kept client up to date on the status of their mortgage files.

 planning and undertaking road transport journeys in compliance with HSE requirements, with the goal of arriving safely for Gulf country (Saudi, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Quwait) Creating the journey ticket for the company drivers, and other employees of the company for enrooting the Goods of the company. Ensure if Driver or other company’s employee must have proper pre-created journey planed in the system. Responsible for departing the journey after taking all the compliance details. Responsible for tracking the journey if the driver or other employee of the company has reached their destination safely and then close the journey. If any issue has occurred during journey plan, then needs to coordinate with the respective country HSE for further help.

 Provide information to the agencies for available inventory and resolve the query of the agency if they have.
