Responsibilities:Full cycle recruiting including: sourcing/networking for potential candidates, pre-screen (phone interview), in-person interview, references, direct contact with clients, confirming client interviews, negotiating offers, negotiating salaries, and maintaining client/contractor relationships.Experience Placing various EADs, GC, and US Citizen Candidates.Work on various requirements of direct Client as well as preferred vendors with W2 Fulltime tax terms.Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment.Working for multiple clients, Wipro, Apple, Samsung, Pantos, Hitachi, VisionX, Bolydn Networks etc.Based on the client’s requirement, Sourcing & short-listing the candidates using Internal Database, job portals like Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.Recruited for permanent, full time, contract and contract to hire opportunities.Has experience in dealing with GC Holders, UC citizens, OPT for the requirements.
