API Developer and Product Manager

Application support role:Support Quantum (v5.04, v4.6.4,v 4.4.5) Treasury application system and Intellimatch (v9.1) for Treasury Department in RHB Bank. 1st level support and troubleshoot errors reported by user before escalate to the vendor. Involve in SIT, UAT and implementation.Lead role:- Analyze system based on the change request for enhancements and new treasury product creation.- Liaise with users to define systems requirements and gather requirements.- Ensure amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications.- Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank's standards.- Update management team and team members.Technical role:- Customize reports using crystal report version 11/12.- Develop stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2.- Create batch script using DOS script command.- Develop basel2 subsystem for Data Warehouse (DWH) to interface with the main treasury system forBank Negara reporting.- Develop subsystem and interface program using VB.net 2010.- 24 hours on call support.Others:- Take the lead role in all interface files creation that extracted from the treasury system. The interface files are Basel2 for DWH, Customer Information System (OCIS), KRM for Bank Negara, General Ledger (GL) for finance dept and etc.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Experience in coding/programming in any languages.- Well developed knowledge of system design and analysis and productivity improvement methodologies- Provide training and coaching to junior staff.

Maintain existing customized application for Credit Card and Loan Department in Citibank. Provide 2nd level support for Unisys product such as InfoImage

PROJECT: Human Resource Management System (eHRMS)Maintain existing system that has been developed using Visual Basic 6.0. The system is using MS SQL as database server and Crystal Report XI as reporting tool. Parts of the module are in ASP and ASP.NetPROJECT: Zapper HRMS Interface SystemDevelop an interface program to integrate HRMS system and third party (Zapper) system. The system is developed using VB.Net (2003). The database servers are MS SQL and Visual FoxPro. Reporting tool is Crystal Report XI.ACCOMPLISHMENT:Fix bugs and problems within the stipulated time without help from manuals and process documentations.

PROJECT: PLANTATION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM (PIMACS)Gather requirement, design system, coding and rollout PIMACS for Boustead estates and BITs clients. PIMACS consists of 4 separate systems which are Estimate, Account, Checkroll and Yield System & Progress Report. These systems are developed using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Visual C++. Reporting tool is Crystal Report 7.0. Currently PIMACS runs on Windows operating system and resides on Microsoft Access Database.PROJECT: STORE SYSTEMDesign and develop store system for estates in Malaysia and Indonesia. The system integrates with Accounting system. It is developed using VB.Net (VB2005).PROJECT: CARDS PERSIONALIZATIONManage cards personalization for Boustead Petroleum (BHP). The project involves outlining and enforcing guidelines and operating the machines.ACCOMPLISHMENT:Rollout PIMACS at several estates in Malaysia and Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform Rollout for ePerolehan, one of the MSC flagship and Design/develop LAN/Web Based system using Visual Basic and ASP technologyThe project involved investigating software and hardware infrastructure in government and private sector to ensure software and hardware readiness complying with ePerolehan minumum system requirement. Prepare data and test in the testing server prior uploading to the production server.ACCOMPLISHMENT:Documented Integration Requirements and Process Requirement for System Integration. Performed Operational Readiness Test on selected government agencies and suppliers site successfully. Managed content using codification method.
