Warehouse Operation/ Finish Goods-Receiving activity - unload, loading and shelve supplies-Ensure adequate record in EIMS by performing GR in system and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.-Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies-Perform the cycle count weekly / monthly /yearly in system (EIMS) vs physical-Daily perform checking Material Handling Equipment (MHE) -Keep follow up by email with end user for pending item to collect at warehouse.-Keep communicate with shipping team to ensure shipment complete on time as plan by planner.-Compiling the incoming material paperwork -Create the report for incoming shipment - daily & monthly-Handling the packaging & sorting material for the finished goods shipment -Handling the packaging & sorting material for the reject item from prod & engineering team-Liaise with the trucker for the gate pass acknowledgement upon shipmentImport Shipment/ Custom Declaration-Follow up on incoming shipment.-Assist on hookup incoming shipment pre-alert, ETA, Incoming discrepancy.-Submission for custom related documents (Lampiran D , ZPB Am & Approval request)-Apply custom approval for scrap, fixture and raw material exemption -Assist on hookup incoming shipment pre-alert, ETA, Incoming descripancy -Handle import shipment - documentation , declaration.-Closely follow up import shipment/ incoming shipment between supplier and purchasing.-Scrap - documents, customs approval and arrangements and maintain documents
