At LGS i was responsible for :• Site Execution & Site supervision.• Supervision of Modular rain water harvesting.• Labour management.• Daily progress reports.• Site management.• Preparation of project schedules & tracking for the same.• Preparation of Project Scheduling, Monitoring and Driving of project schedules during execution.• Support the Project Execution team through weekly, monthly status reports on the project planning progress.• Ensure work completion as per contract.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely progress and deliverables
