Let me take the privilege to introduce my self . I have got 20 years of professional experience out of which about four years is in middle management cadre in retail microfinance operation. I started my career as Branch Manager with India’s largest MF organization CASHPOR. In this assignment I was required to lead a 8 member Team of credit officer and ABM and coordinate with senior management for the planning and growth of the branch.Gradually I got promotion for the Area Manager, Unit manager then moved on District Manager. From April, 06 to Feb, 07, I worked as District Manager. As District manager I have managed 80 field staff posted in four units.I am associated with Trust MicroFin (TMN) Network as Manager Operation. TMN is second tier MF organization registered under trust in Lucknow. It works as an incubator and preferably support to nascent organizations operating in four states. I manage operations of TMN and monitor physical & financial progress of the partner organizations.I have gained substantive experience at grass root level in the field of MF operation. In CASHPOR, I have been part of team to design innovative system of Monitoring of the portfolio quality. I have got extensive experience in retail operation and contributed in designing and establishing the standard operating procedures. Presently i am working in Sonata Finance Pvt.
