They may also need to know about zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations that affect real estate transactions.- Negotiating contracts with buyers and sellers, including reviewing documentation such as purchase offers and counteroffers, drafts of sales contracts, and escrow instructions- Listing homes for sale with the help of a real estate agent, marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital photography of the property- Preparing reports on market trends in the local area including supply and demand analysis, pricing trends, property values, and available inventory- Determining market value of homes or commercial properties using appraising techniques such as comparative market analysis or physical inspections- Listing properties for sale on websites such as Zillow or Redfin, along with photos and details about each listing- Helping buyers find suitable properties by arranging home tours and suggesting neighborhoods they may not have considered- Preparing offers to purchase property on behalf of clients using knowledge of market trends and negotiating skills- Providing clients with market analyses of their properties to determine the best time to sell based on market conditions and pricing estimates- Helping clients manage their properties, including collecting rent, responding to tenant requests and complaints, and completing repairs as needed

- To Lead a team of building and maintenance staff.- To communicate and update the JMC/MC members on the relevant progress of issues and problems during meetings.- Inspect M&F matters within the building.- Liaise with building residents and tenants on the daily operational issues.- Review M&E and non-M&E contracts and preparation of technical reports.- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external parties on all issues regarding the building.- Responsible for the coordination and management of general building security, safety, maintenance, and welfare of occupants.- To ensure all the equipment and system are in compliance with the relevant by-laws.- Ensure compliance of the Strata Management Act and Building by Law.- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building facilities such as electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, and building services.- To closely monitor the collection and the credit-control exercise to maintain a healthy Building/Maintenance and Sinking fund Accounts.- To control maintenance budget.- To arrange for AGM
