Features• Residential & Serviced Apartments• Mixed-use buildings (retail and serviced apartments)• Residential Club Zone• 4-Star & 3-Star Hotels & Apartments• School• 2 Mosques• Nursery & Kindergarten• Healthcare CenterMain Tasks includes :• Being the responsible ELV Project Engineer and reporting to the MEP PM.• Oversee a junior engineer and a supervisor• Continually review the schedule during the progress of site works.• Prepare Material Submittal as per project specification.• Prepare Method of Statements for Installation and Testing & Commissioning.• Review shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to MEP project manager with appropriate comments / approval.• Review Sub contractor’s electrical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and mechanical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination.• Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the ELV services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule and health & safety.• Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor’s action.• Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings
