I started my journey in sales & service right after graduation . All thanks to the pandemic. Working in a sales & service field gives you the exposure to connect different people of the business industry. Later, I found a good opportunity in the same company (IndiaMart) in the product management field. Working as head of operations in GST department IndiaMart. This gives me a good exposure to lead a team of 20 people and handle different processes. As a process owner & product owner , I need to identify gaps within the process & product , correction of gaps to make the process more stable and efficient. Learned a lot about data analysis and deep study of data to make the system more cost friendly and stable. As a team leader , I have learned how to work as a team player and how to make use of the resources in the best possible way. Looking forward to working as a full time product manager and enhance my data analytical skill and managerial skills.
