· Conducting daily Quality meeting with Engineering and production dept. · Responsible for trial production/ Mass production of product quality control development, Implementation and quality control.· Involvement in New model development, NPI and existing model.· Responsible for trail production problems identified in a timely manner, evaluate risk, timely report to project team to resolve.· Responsible for monitoring the risk, severity, range and influence of the problem.· Ensuring complete Final Quality Inspection (FQI) of the Running Models as well as New Models.· Ensuring complete Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQI) of the Running Models as well as New Models.· To monitoring the Reliability testing and aging process for sample on daily basis of Outgoing lots and new models.· Conducting daily meeting with QAT and IPQC for defects monitoring, line monitoring and new guidance.· Making Operator multi skilled chart and Stations deployment sheet review on weekly basis.· Responsible for reliability and verification test of all local vendor material like charger, USB, Speaker, Receiver, Headphone and LCD etc. · Responsible for Structure and Electronics test on mobile phone according to product requirement.· Involvement in all new model market return DOA/DAP Devices and material.· Responsible for audit and training on the Service centre when new model launch.· Responsible for provide training to our team about 6s, 3R and 4M Methods.· Implement the Full proof System POKA – YOKA and 7 QC tools in Quality Department.· Responsible for Suggestion and Kaizen activities in the Quality Department.

· To analyse and control root causes of Rejections observed in line to improve the process target.· Ensuring complete Outgoing Quality (OQC) of the Running Models as well as New Models.· Responsible for conduct internal audit/Process Audit/Dummy test/Process flow.· To monitoring the Reliability testing sample on daily basis of Outgoing lots.· Conducting training to all IQC and FQC about work Responsibility.· To prepare the report for failure analysis and make a counter measure action.· Daily morning meeting with team members for Process Quality issues.· Provide training to operators on critical to quality (CTQ) parameters and time check sheet for smooth operation of line.· Perform daily line patrolling and audit with the help Process Audit/First Article Inspection and BOM validation check sheet.· Weekly revised WI and Operational Instruction to ensure all the parameters / specifications as per Std.· Involvement to check all incoming material According to the SOP and IQC Requirement.· Involvement in ISO 9001:2015 certification team.· Responsible for New material Drawing & SOP take to the vendor and implement in Quality department.
