I am a Sales Trainer at One97 Communications, where I facilitate the learning and development of the sales team in the smartphone industry. I deliver effective and engaging training sessions on sales techniques, product features, and customer service, as well as create and update the training content and materials to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with the company's vision and goals.With over 5 years of hands-on experience in the smartphone industry, I have achieved multiple awards and recognitions for my training skills and performance, such as the Outstanding Performer of the Year 2021 in Rajasthan, the Excellent Training Leader reward in 2021, and the rank 3rd in Rajasthan Training Team in December 2020. I have also demonstrated my competencies in team building, project management, and content creation, leading and supporting various training initiatives and projects across the region. I am currently pursuing my PG Diploma in Workforce Development and Training from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), which enhances my knowledge and competencies in the L&D field. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and applying them to improve the performance and satisfaction of the sales team and the customers. My goal is to become a leading L&D specialist in the smartphone industry, contributing to the growth and success of the company and the sector.
