Records applicant flow information and identifies the disposition reasons for applicants.• Negotiates compensation with consultants to maximize profitability.• Determining and implementing appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region.• Providing weekly reports on all requirements and activity and designing & implementing effective recruitment/staffing strategies.
