Being a Technical Recruiter, experience in handling the complete end-to-end Full Lifecycle.• Recruiting process including the scheduling of interviews, quality assurance of candidate resumes and acting as an active coordinator between the client and the candidate.• Identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: Internal database, market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, referral recruiting, and online social networking.• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet resources with strong knowledge and working experience on W2 and Corp to Corp (C2C).• Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.• Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, JobDiva, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn and screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.• Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.• Working closely with the Managers (client facing in person) to analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs.• Responsible for proactive sourcing of Manufacturing and Engineering candidates to build a pipeline of candidates.• Conducts searches using traditional & creative sourcing methods, including internal database searches, online searches, Internet posting, referrals, user/technical groups. Records applicant flow information and identifies the disposition reasons for applicants.• Negotiates compensation with consultants to maximize profitability.• Determining and implementing appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region.• Providing weekly reports on all requirements and activity and designing & implementing effective recruitment/staffing strategies.
