General Department of Legal Affairs - Provide professional clarifications, legal advice, and opinions on all referred subjects.- Conduct legal research and analysis to support stakeholders decision-making and the identification and mitigation of potential risks/liabilities.- Anticipates and identifies legal issues of concern to senior management, estimates risks strategically, identifies and develops legal strategies and and proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks and maximize legal rights; provides expert advice for strategic planning and execution purposes.- Supporting the Head of Legal Affairs as appropriate- representing the ministry in internal and external committees related to legal tasks.

(NWC - Legal Affairs )- Preparing, drafting, and studying contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding concluded by the National Water company with other parties. - Studying the documents that the national water company links with other bodies and expressing opinions thereon. - Provide legal advice to all departments of the national water company.- Study and standardize all legal procedures in the national water company.- Representing the National water company before the judicial. - Following up the work with the concerned departments and coordination between them to ensure the safety, the effectiveness of performance, and achievement of the integration, and consider all issues to respond in this regard.
